Kwikwetlem First Nation Administration

The Administration is located at the end of Colony Farm Road in a small modular office building with the Kwikwetlem Colony Farm Bike Rentals & Tour office attached.

The Administration Office manages the Kwikwetlem Programs, Social Development, Health, Education, Housing, Cigarette Sales (First Nation), Firework Sales, Finance, Research, Claims, Community Infrastructure, Chief and Council business, Land and Land Development.

Michelle George is our new band manager. She just started in June 2010. She oversees the financial aspect of the daily business. She also seeks out funding/finance for the various programs in Kwikwetlem's day to day interests.

Mark Point is the new general manager. Mark is a master carver and has been working with Kwikwetlem since 2009. 'See canoe project.'

Brenda Jimmy is our in office accountant. She does all the bookkeeping, handles smoke shop sales amongst other duties. She has been with us since the beginning of 2010.

Rose Finney is the health/social development worker.

Deana Dorion is our receptionist.

FIREWORKS  SHOP

 

Welcome to the ONLY fireworks store on the central lower mainland to carry a full line of family fireworks and glow products for the 2010 Canada Day celebrations.

 

We stock a large variety of family fireworks ranging from the popular air bomb, sky rocket, and roman candles to a full selection of family packs, show stopping cakes and long lasting barrages.  Glow products and camp fire effects also add to our selection of items for all ages. 

 

Our policy is to provide a safe and fun selection of products.  We offer pamphlets on where to find by-law information for you local area and safe use of fireworks.  We provide safety information regarding the firing of family fireworks plus answer any questions about the products that we carry in a polite and professional manner.

 

Canada day store hours of operation will be from 10 a.m. till 8 p.m. and open from Saturday, June 26 till Thursday, July 1st.  Check us out on Halloween and New Years for more family fireworks fun.

 

We are currently planning to sell fireworks year round for any occasion including birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, corporate events and any other celebrations.
