Lands and Resources

The Lands and Resources department is dedicated to protecting the Nation's Rights and Title. If you have any questions relating to Kwikwetlem lands, or Aboriginal title in Kwikwetlem territory, please contact the Nation's administrative office.

Kwikwetlem First Nation is currently in the process of developing a referral process. More details on this will be provided at a later date. 

RIGHTS AND TITLE

Kwikwetlem First Nation asserts title, jurisdiction and stewardship over all aspects of Kwikwetlem territory on behalf of the Kwikwetlem people. Building on the legacy of our ancestors, we continue to establish and implement a broad range of contemporary policies, programs, and strategies to ensure that we play a role in all economic, cultural, and political developments within our territory.
